I was my on my way catching up a flight to sabah on wednesday 11/06/08. At the Kuala Lumpur LCCT Airport while holding my boarding pass, i thought i saw Air Asia CEO….n my guess is correct. He is Dato’ Sri Tony Fernandes CEO of Air Asia walking towards me wearing staff uniform. I came to him and greet him as everybody around me did not recognise him. All of my friend there doesn’t have a clue of who is the guy that i greet. He is friendly and down to earh person actually.
I ask him “What are you doing wearing this staff uniform and you look sweaty all over. He reply to me, that he just finish helping his staff checking and picking up the flight passenger luggage. I’m shock to hear that. Where can you find a CEO of one of the most recognise company in the world and one of new Malaysia Millionaire can do grassroot work. From what i see, he enjoy doing of what he is doing now no matter the CEO job or the grassroot job. That’s what make him and his company successfull.
